Description: Pacific Bay Lending Group is currently seeking eager individuals for our experienced Loan Officer.

 

The Loan Advocate/Loan Officer is responsible for making outbound calls and answering inbound calls from multi-state marketing campaign.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

·         Consistently meet Inbound/outbound call requirements.

·         Achieve sales targets and conversion goals.

·         Analyze existing/current loan information to determine the best refinance options for each client.

·         Follow up aggressively on unconverted opportunities.

·         Complete required loan application, understand current underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements

·         Strict adherence to call center performance standards including call monitoring, phone productivity and satisfactory customer service.

 

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:

·         High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

·         1 year of successful mortgage Loan Officer experience required.

·         Required to have an existing license through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Candidates that do not have an existing NMLS license will still be considered if they have mortgage sales experience with a bank that does not license individual employees.
